Dock-Safe-Q is a lightweight rapid deployment temporary safety barrier system to prevent people tripping or falling from elevated loading docks.
Dock-Safe-Q is comprised of two parts (ordered separately) which can be used in conjunction or separately.
The Dock-Safe receiver is a moulded rubber block that is mounted directly to the face of the loading dock (fixings supplied), this receiver can act as a dock bumper only or as dock bumper & panel holder.
The Dock-Safe-Q-panel simply drops into sockets in the receiver, or panels can be used without receiver by core drilling a 50mm diametre hole into the floor to receive the panel posts.
Panels manufactured from blow moulded polyethylene, 2,130mm long x 900mm high, receivers are moulded rubber.

Load-Safe Portable Truck Barrier is a fall arrest system used to increase truck safety during loading and unloading operations. This versatile system can be rapidly deployed on any truck with conventional tie-down rails, providing reliable protection at heights. Cast aluminium panel brackets have been engineered to seamlessly fit a wide range of tray and curtain-sided trucks. Each panel requires two brackets, effortlessly positioning onto the tie-down rails. The self-locking brackets ensure quick and tool-free installation, which allows for quick turnaround at warehouse, factory, or logistics depot locations.
Once the panels are securely fitted into the brackets, the entire system becomes firmly locked in place. The brackets cannot be removed without first taking out the panels, providing an additional layer of safety and security. Both the panel and bracket can be positioned anywhere along the length and width of the truck’s tray, allowing for maximum flexibility in configuring the barrier to suit various truck models.
Load-Safe Portable Truck Barrier is exclusively designed as a fall arrest system on stationary vehicles and should not be used to secure cargo. The flat pack design significantly reduces freight costs and assembly requirements. It comes with all necessary fixings and pre-drilled holes.
Designed for rapid deployment onto truck trays to prevent employees from dangerous falls at transport loading areas. Installation simply requires two Load-Safe aluminium brackets hooked onto the the tie-down rails, prior to accepting the panel and locking into place. Brackets cannot be unhooked from the tie-down rail without first removing the panels . Panels are connected to each other from the top by an adjustable snap latch.

Menni-Q is a clever combination of both the Menni racking protection and the Q-Fence panel. By combining the two products, a modular and flexible fence system, that can absorb impacts from forklift tines has been created. Widely used in industrial settings for several reasons such as the fence panels can be quickly removed for accessibility, the system can be used indoors or outdoors, it is non-conductive, and of course has the unique feature of the Menni sections able to absorb impact.
The Q-Fence panels are moulded from Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) making them strong, lightweight, highly visible, and able to be cut down to size as required. The maximum panel opening is 80mm (child-safe). Drainage channels in the Menni sections prevent water from pooling. A reliable, and virtually maintenance free, fence system.

The Plastic Fence Barrier is an economical, interconnecting, stackable, and very durable option for event fence purposes or to cordon off areas in the workplace. The panels are manufactured from tough polyethylene, available in both Hi-Vis orange and yellow and in two lengths of 1100mm and 2000mm, all of which can interconnect with each other. The black recycled rubber feet rotate 90° (to flat) for stacking purposes.
Optional Forklift Stillages are available to purchase and can hold, store, and transport up to 20 panels at a time.

Post-Q is a post mounted, modular, fencing system that can absorb minor impacts, bumps, and knocks. The Q-Fence panels are moulded from Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) making them strong, lightweight, highly visible, and able to be cut down to size as required. The maximum panel opening is 80mm, making it child-safe, as no child can crawl through a gap of this size. A relatively simple installation procedure with two galvanised surface mount posts per full sized panel. (Sold separately).
Post Q is highly visible, lightweight but strong, and virtually maintenance free. Post-Q can be used indoors or outdoors and is corrosion and abrasion resistant.
