Poor experience. Upon purchasing item, within 2 minutes I realised it was the wrong item and while the transaction was processing I called TSS but no one answered. Then emailed to see if possible to cancel item. However due to their refund policy I was not able. I understand there is a policy in place however the item was not despatched and I didn't have a chance to change it. Now I have a $400 item at home, unused. Yes it was my error but some consideration would have been appreciated.
